A Manifesting Meditation Technique for the Last 5 Minutes of your Day

Meditation for the last 5 minutes of your day

The subconscious mind is powerful and if you get access to it you can begin to interact with the universal intelligence in such way, that you begin to attract whatever you have in your mind every single day.

The last five minutes of your day when you are relaxed and falling asleep are the most important minutes in your day with regards to programming your subconscious mind, as what you have in your mind those last five minutes stays in your subconscious for the next 8 hours and creates an imprint of what you will be experiencing the next day and in the future.

If you spend those last few minutes of your day reviewing all of the things that took place during the day that you didn’t like, that you don’t want, that didn’t feel good, that hurt your feelings, or fretting on why things didn’t work out the way you wanted and engage all these negative emotions that these experiences brought to you – as you do this while you are entering to sleep and you start drifting into ‘Alpha’ brainwave frequencies and deeper accessing your subconscious mind, you are going to recreate these experiences subconsciously for the next 8 hours.

Always remember that your subconscious mind cannot make a distinction between good and bad feelings, or if what you are thinking is what you really want or what you really don’t want. Anything you think about and feel about those last five minutes, you will be programming your subconscious mind to recreate as new experiences the next day.

However if you use the last 5 minutes of your day putting attention on the things that you are grateful for and the things that you would like to have in your life and engage in these thoughts with your full feelings and senses, you are programming your subconscious mind to create these experiences in your life.

A powerful visualization:

So here is a simple and powerful meditation that you can do every day when you are ready to go to sleep. It takes 3 to 5 minutes and if you commit to practicing it daily, in time your mind will get used to subconsciously going through this process every single day before you go to sleep, without you even realizing.

Step 1:
Close your eyes, either sitting in your bed (recommended) or lying down, however you feel more comfortable, and bring your attention to the most important thing or event or person or experience in your day that you are grateful of. It might be a friend you saw, your spouse sleeping next to you, your health, your family, your beautiful home, the walk you took in the nature, your work… focus your attention on whatever you are grateful for about your day.

The purpose of this mental exercise is to shift your emotions from whatever you are feeling at that certain moment, to the healing energy of gratitude. Even if you believe you have had a bad day, or you’re really tired and feeling hopeless, if you start thinking about all the things you are graceful for in your life – and there will be many if you put your focus on it – your mood will immediately shift. You are also programming your mind to create more and more of what you are grateful for, so this works in a really magical way.

Step 2:
Next, visualize a perfect version of your life, how you want your work to ideally be, your relationship, your health, your friends, your family, your experiences. Engage all your feelings, project the vision of your perfect life into the screen of your mind in front of you and feel the feelings that you would have if you were living this perfect reality at this very moment. Your subconscious mind reads your feelings a thousand times stronger than it reads your thoughts. It reads the feelings connected to your thoughts. So engage in this visualization with all your senses.

Step 3:
Follow by visualizing how you want your day to be the next day, how things are with your work, the successes you want to have, your relationships and the experiences you want to have. Visualize yourself being happy and content. Feel happy and content and drift off to sleep.

If you start practicing this short and simple exercise every single day, I guarantee you will start to experience amazing shift in your experiences and your attraction. You will sleep better and wake up confident that your day will work out great and your energy will bring into your life more of what you want, and less of what you don’t want. Happy visualizing!
